REPRESENTATIONAL
This image is representational of a mountain and sunset. THe lines and colors allow us to connect to what we know and see in the environment. The changes in color and breaks allow the mind to separate the scenary into the view as a sunset and mountains.
ABSTRACT
This abstract image of a woman is simplistic with simple lines which gives a vague silloette of the figure of a woman. The levels are simple with linear movements to create the dimensions. There is little to this drwaing but thin line. Yet it is clear who and what the image is portraying.
SYMBOLISM
The above symbol is a celtic knot which overtime the design has become known to most as part of the celtic arts. The celtic knot is meant to symbolize continuity because when following the design the knot ever intwines and never ends.
